Our Brief Policy on COVID19

UPDATED 05/01/2021: In order to try and reduce the transmission, and to make people feel safer, we have made a few internal policies.

As you may be aware, as part of our process we are often in and out of peoples houses and commercial buildings every day. Constantly meeting new people and shaking hands. This is a part of our process that we strongly believe in, making personal connections is very important. However, with the current situation, especially with the new Covid variant it is now more important than ever to take measures to reduce transmission. As a professional service we are not on the list of businesses that has to close and is to remain open. We are also allowed to still conduct site visits and surveys and whilst we are on your property we do not count to the household persons limit. To try and reduce spreading to or from each other, we have a few points below that we have made part of our policy:

  1. All members of staff, where they do not have access to hot water and soap, will use Hand Sanitiser Gel (higher than 60% alc.) before and after every appointment.

  2. All on site meetings or surveys will be socially distanced and where this isn’t possible, face masks will be worn.

  3. Whilst our preferred method is meeting in person, we are more than happy to FaceTime, Zoom or Skype any appointments if you’d prefer; the technology is there, let’s use it.

  4. If you prefer the appointment in person, but would like us to wear face-masks then this can be arranged.
